Making a VTuber
Summer Project; June-Aug 2025
Looking at the current market trends, I noticed that the 3D space is steadily growing.
I wanted to level up my 3D skills over the summer. I spent my summer watching a lot of streamers online, and I thought it would be fun to make my own VTuber.
I completed this project in between my summer course sessions, and moving.
It was tough, but it taught me valuable things about time-management.
I managed to make my glasses for my model!
It was really exciting, because I learned a lot about how texturing worked!
Version 1. The rough version. I had taken a default outfit available on the VRoid app, and edited it to have the same colors as my website.
One of my favorite aspects of the model was the shoes! It was surprisingly fun to make these shoes. I learned a little about how to do gradients in the VRoid software that I was using.
